Jeffrey Francis, MBA is a seasoned SBA banking professional with over 30 years of industry experience at regional and national banks where he has headed departments with portfolios ranging in size from $40 to $125 million. Jeffrey serves as executive vice president and director of business development at Golden State CDC.

Francis has lent his expertise as a senior business consultant at the Small Business Development Centers where he specialized in assisting entrepreneurs access capital to start and expand their businesses.

Jeffrey is a graduate of National Commercial Lending School as well as California Intermediate Banking School. Jeffrey has volunteered as an English as a Second Language instructor at MEND (Meet Each Need with Dignity) in Pacoima, CA.
